Drawing upon our years of experience learning the Mixtec language and volunteering within the community, we recognized the critical need for professional translation and interpreting services tailored specifically to the Mixtec community. Thus, TIS was born out of genuine desire to bridge the gap between language and access to essential services, with a foundation built on empathy, understanding, and respect for cultural diversity.

We go the extra mile to ensure accessibility and convenience for all members of the community, including those who may not be literate in their native language. After translating important documents, reports, and other materials, we record audio version and generate QR codes for easy access. This innovative approach allows parents and individuals to simply scan the QR code with their mobile device and listen to the recording of the document, ensuring that vital information is accessible to everyone. With TIS, no one is left behind - we're committed to making information readily available and understandable to all.
